- Our marketplace provides a platform for buyers to purchase locally sourced food products from sellers.
- You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may cause damage to the website or interfere with the availability of EarthCows.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Buying and Selling:
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their orders, including shipping information and product selection.
- Sellers are responsible for accurately listing their products, including descriptions, prices, and availability.
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any products sold on EarthCows. Buyers are encouraged to verify the credentials and practices of sellers before making a purchase.
Payment and Pricing:
- All prices on EarthCows are in the local currency and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Please note that payment for goods is to take place outside of the EarthCows platform. Once you’ve selected the items you wish to purchase, you will be provided with the contact information of the seller to arrange payment directly.
- We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Shipping and Delivery:
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the seller and the location of the buyer.
- If farmers choose to ship out their products, it is their responsibility to arrange and manage the shipping process. Unless otherwise mentioned, buyers are expected to pick up their purchases directly from the farm.
- We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping. Buyers are encouraged to contact sellers directly for shipping inquiries or issues.
Returns and Refunds:
- Buyers may be eligible for returns or refunds in accordance with the seller’s return policy. Please refer to the individual seller’s policies for more information.
Intellectual Property:
- All content on EarthCows, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and software, is the property of EarthCows and is protected by copyright laws.

- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on EarthCows.
